Dr. Chandra Smallwood has over 10 years experience as a pharmacist. She began her career as a pharmacy technician after completing her B.S. in Health Promotion, Disease Prevention at the University of Southern California (USC). After working as a pharmacy technician for two years she returned to USC to complete her studies obtaining a PharmD

Living with Natural Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural part of life. It keeps us alive and allows for us to survive when threats appear. It makes us perform, speak publicly and pursue our wildest dreams. It is basically the physical manifestation of the sympathetic nervous system turned on. A threat comes into play and the stress cascade begins. The problem happens when the same symptoms arise without the initiation of a threat.

Through her journey, she has discovered key ways to face anxiety and curb panic attacks.

She’s helped hundreds of individuals just like you learn about the manage their personal anxiety.
